Abstract

A virmal lecturer system is a welcome idea in this era of information exploxion, where information communication rechnology has become a global tool and strategy towards enhancing efficiency in every area of human endeavors. This paper is focus on integration of ICT in education wuh particular reference to use of ICT tools to discharge role of teachers in higher institutions of learning. We proposed a model, design and implement a motorype of weh-based application system aka virtual lecturer through which lecturer can discharge his or her duties virtually. We are of the opimon ti implementation of this work will be of immense benefit in lecturers freuchers› students and school system at large.
