The Impact of Investment Decision on Banks Growth and Expansion in Nigeria (a Case Study of Access Bank Plc)

Abstract

This study deals with the in-depth study of the impact of investment decision on banks growth and expansion with a key reference to Access bank Nigeria Ple. The paper looks into how banks management team takes decision that affects the long term running of the banks and how this decision make the banks to expand and grow financial, strength wide and working force. The result of the finding from the secondary data collected were tested through SPSS method it was found that with great decision making by the banks, the banks is bound to growth beyond its target. Therefore, it is recommended that each bank should put in place a good team for decision making.
