Fertility Status of Soils in Kwalkwalawa Village, Wamakko Lga, Sokoto State, Nigeria.

Abstract

The study was carried out in Kwalkwalawa village, which lies between latitude 13006’28’’N and longitude 05012’46’’E in Wamakko Local Government Area, Sokoto State, Nigeria. The aim of the study was to assess the current fertility status of soils in the study area. Selected physical and chemical properties of the soils were analyzed in the laboratory.
