Abstract

The Proposed Officers’ Mess at Muhammadu Buhari Way, Abuja, is conceived as a contemporary hospitality and recreational facility that caters to the social, administrative, and residential needs of commissioned officers. The design integrates functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability to create a serene and efficient environment for relaxation, meetings, and official gatherings. Emphasis is placed on spatial organization, energy efficiency, and contextual relevance to the Abuja urban fabric. The project aims to enhance officers’ welfare and promote camaraderie through a well-designed, secure, and comfortable environment.
