Abstract
The vehicle auction industry, a vital component of the automotive market, has traditionally operated through in-person auctions, which limit accessibility and efficiency. This study addresses the challenges faced by traditional auction systems, including geographical constraints, inefficient communication, and information asymmetry. The advent of mobile technology offers a solution, facilitating the shift to online auction systems that are more accessible, transparent, and efficient. This project proposes the development of a Mobile Vehicle Auction System utilizing Flutter for cross-platform functionality and Firebase for secure, real-time interactions. The system aims to provide a user-friendly mobile application enabling users to list vehicles, place bids, and complete transactions with enhanced security and transparency. This research emphasizes real-time updates, secure payment systems, and user engagement as essential features to overcome traditional limitations. By modernizing the auction process, this project contributes to a more competitive and inclusive vehicle auction market.
