ABSTRACT
This study examine the impact of motivation on employee performance in lens polytechnic offa, kwara state. This study adopt motivation issues for many years. Motivation is an important issues for all company, which can help employees and organization archive success.. for many years and for many organization, motivation as being a key indicator of productive employee performance and has, therefore, become a concern for organization, manager, and human resources management. This study examine the impact of motivational strategy on employee performance using lens polytechnic offa as a case study. This study has provide deep insight to the part that motivation, performance and success are the component, usually thought of in terms of an equilateral triangle. Motivation, itself is an interrogate circus which spread through the organization to employee from manager to employees, and also from an organization to its manager. The primary research has been done using quantitative approach, with the help of survey instrument, base on a survey questionnaire. The secondary research as been done through the review of previously established literature for achieving the research objective
