Computrization of Examination Malpractice Record Database (a Case Study of School of Technology)

Abstract
ABSTRACT
Examination malpractice starts from the primary school mostly
caused by teachers at this level gradually extends to secondary
schools and colleges. In the university, those students who
successfully practice examination crime in secondary school
without being caught see it as the only way to survive in an
examination. One of the main reasons is that in primary, secondary
and tertiary examination system is manual. This also gives birth to
the manual method of keeping records of examination malpractice.
A way forward is for the eradication of this manual method of
keeping record of examination malpractice in School of Technology
is the implementation of an Computerized Examination malpractice
Record Database. In this research work, the Computerized
Examination Record Database system is analyzed, design and
programmed. This program captures all details of students engaged
in examination malpractice, details of supervising invigilator, and
details of the witness as well as how the these malpractice records
can be viewed and retrieved.
