Abstract
This study investigates the influence of school administrators’ attitudes on teachers’ job performance. The research aims to understand how administrators’ behavior, leadership style, and interpersonal approach affect teachers’ motivation, commitment, and overall effectiveness in fulfilling their duties. Data were collected using questionnaires administered to teachers from selected schools, and the responses were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings indicate a significant relationship between positive administrative attitudes—such as supportiveness, fairness, and encouragement—and enhanced teacher performance, while negative attitudes—such as indifference, bias, and lack of communication—adversely affect teachers’ productivity. The study concludes that the attitude of school administrators plays a critical role in shaping the work environment and improving educational outcomes. Recommendations include the need for professional development programs that promote positive leadership behavior and constructive interaction between administrators and teachers.
