Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how secondary school pupils in Nigeria feel about studying economics. Even while our postsecondary institutions produce a higher number of graduates in the field of economics, a number of secondary schools each year have economics teachers who lack the necessary skills to teach the topic. Because of this, even in situations where there are qualified professors available, the teaching of economics is inefficient and ineffective. Based on this premise, the purpose of this study is to find out how students in Ondo West Local Government Area, Ondo State, feel about taking Economics classes. This study also aims to offer suggestions to educators and other relevant parties about how to stimulate or enhance students' interest in the topic. In terms of technique.
