Effects of Reward Management System on Employee Motivation Among Non-Academic Staff of Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.

Abstract
This study investigates the effects of reward management system on employee motivation among non-academic staff of Ekiti state university, Ado Ekiti. The study aims to examine the relationship between reward management system and employee motivation, and to identify the types of rewards that motivate non-academic staff. A quantitative research approach was adopted, and a survey questionnaire was administered to 50 non-academic staff of the university. Data collected were analysis, and regression analysis.
The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between reward management system and employee motivation. The study also found that monetary rewards, non-monetary rewards, and promotional opportunities are significant predictors of employee motivation.
The study concludes that an effective reward management system is crucial for motivating non-academic staff of Ekiti state university, Ado Ekiti. The study recommends that the university management should prioritize the Implementation of a well-structured reward management system that recognizes Keywords and rewards employee contributions and achievements.
