Abstract
Neem stem Leaf derived from the seed of the Neem tree (Azadirachta indica)has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and agriculture. it's versatili ty and efficacy have made it a valuable resources in various settings with gro wing concern about environment sustainability human,health and agricultural productivity.Neem leaf in particular was widely used as a traditional medicine in India,Sri Lanka,Burma,Thailand,Malaysia and Indonesia and already has more than 2000 years history. Neem leaf was often administered orally, for de worming and constipation, and is applied topically to relieve rheumatism,ulce r, itching.This study aim to determine phytochemical screening and antifungal activities of neem oil against some fungal species, and objective investigate t he extraction of Neem stem with different method,as well as the potential app lication of the extracted leaf in different field. Neem is a vegetable oil obtained from the leaves, bark and seed kernels of the Neem tree.
