This research delves into Umar's leadership, policies, and contributions to the development of a structured and efficient administrative system that laid the foundation for governance in the Islamic world. It aims to highlight Umar's enduring impact on Islamic administration and his legacy in the context of early Islamic history. In this project, a comprehensive analysis will be conducted to examine various aspects of Umar ibn Khattab's contributions to administration, including his establishment of a legal framework, financial reforms, military organization, and expansion of governance beyond the Arabian Peninsula. The study will draw from historical accounts, Islamic literature, and scholarly research to provide a detailed understanding of how Umar's leadership and administrative innovations helped solidify the structure of the nascent Islamic state.
