Abstract
The project titled "Contribution of Umar ibn Khattab Towards the Introduction of Administration Plan in the Islamic State" explores the significant role played by Umar ibn Khattab, the second Caliph of Islam, in shaping and implementing administrative reforms in the early Islamic state. This research delves into Umar's leadership, policies, and contributions to the development of a structured and efficient administrative system that laid the foundation for governance in the Islamic world. It aims to highlight Umar's enduring impact on Islamic administration and his legacy in the context of early Islamic history. In this project, a comprehensive analysis will be conducted to examine various aspects of Umar ibn Khattab's contributions to administration, including his establishment of a legal framework, financial reforms, military organization, and expansion of governance beyond the Arabian Peninsula. The study will draw from historical accounts, Islamic literature, and scholarly research to provide a detailed understanding of how Umar's leadership and administrative innovations helped solidify the structure of the nascent Islamic state. By shedding light on Umar's pragmatic and visionary approach to governance, this project aims to contribute to a deeper appreciation of his enduring influence on the principles of Islamic administration and the broader history of the Islamic world.
