Abstract
This study delves into the cardiological changes occurring during pregnancy, with afocus on histological and biochemical perspectives. Pregnancy induces significantcardiovascular adaptations to support increased metabolic demands and ensure fetaldevelopment. We investigate these adaptations through a dual approach: histologicalanalysis of heart tissues and biochemical profiling of cardiac biomarkers.Histological studies reveal structural modifications in cardiac tissue, includingchanges in myocardial architecture, cellular hypertrophy, and angiogenesis.Concurrently, biochemical assays highlight alterations in key cardiac biomarkerssuch as natriuretic peptides, troponins, and oxidative stress markers. Our findingsprovide a comprehensive understanding of the cardiovascular system's dynamicresponse to pregnancy, offering insights into potential implications for maternal andfetal health. This research underscores the importance of monitoring cardiacfunction in pregnant women, paving the way for improved clinical management andoutcomes
