Abstract
The increase issue of antibiotic resistance and diseases caused by oxidative stress emphasizes the importance of finding natural therapeutic alternatives. This research investigated the antibacterial and antioxidant qualities of an ethanol extract obtained from bloodleaf, a medicinal plant commonly used in traditional medicine. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of blood leaf against human pathogenic bacteria.
