The Impact of Motivation Strategies on Employee's Productivity ( a Case Study of Champion Breweries Uyo)

Abstract
ABSTRACTThis study is focused on the impact of motivation on the workers'productivity of champion Breweries PLC, Uyo. A detailed research was conducted and a simple random sampling technique was used to select the sample of the study and research questions were formulated to guide the study. The instrument for the study was questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using a simple percentage. The more motivated the employees, the more productive they are. It was also discussed that workers who are engaged with their job and employer are more productive because they are motivated beyond personal factors.Workers see increase in pay, incentives and promotions as important factors that can improve their performances. It was recommended that management should draw up policies on staff motivation welfare and other additional benefits.
