A descriptive survey research designwas employed, and a sample of 100 biology teachers from 20 secondary schools in Ekiti Statewas selected. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptivestatistics. The results showed that environmental factors such as availability of laboratoryfacilities, equipment and materials, safety and security of the laboratory environment, andaccessibility to natural habitats significantly influenced the teaching of Biology practicals.
