Abstract

Abstract This study examined the impact of the judicial system on crime reduction in Nigeria. Using survey methods, data were collected from senior officers in the Nigerian Police, Immigration, EFCC, ICPC, and DSS. Analysis through percentages and Chi-square tests revealed that the judicial system plays a significant role in reducing crime. However, delays in justice delivery and inadequate coordination among judicial agencies remain major challenges. The study recommends better resource allocation, institutional reforms, and support for victims to ensure a fair and efficient justice system.
