The result of the study revealed that educational support services in terms of health services, library services, guidance and counseling services and orientation services significantly relate with the attainment of universal basic education (UBE) goals. Based on the result of the findings, it was concluded that the attainment of universal basic education goals would be enhanced when educational support services are made available by school administrators.
