Blood samples were collected from 50 individuals and tested using the AdvDx™ malaria pf kit. Results showed that female students (14%) had a higher exposure to malaria than male students (6%). Overall malaria prevalence was low (20%). The study emphasizes the need for increased awareness and improved malaria prevention and control through personal and environmental hygiene among students.
