Abstract
This project focused on the methanolic extraction and partial purification of bioactive compounds from Psidium guajava (guava) leaves using chromatographic methods. Fresh leaves were collected, thoroughly washed, and air-dried under shade for seven days to prevent photo- degradation of sensitive phytochemicals. The dried leaves were then ground into fine powder using a clean mortar and pestle.
