The findings revealed that entrepreneurship training has a significant positive impact on the performance of small enterprises. It enhances managerial efficiency, improves decision-making, and increases the profitability and competitiveness of small businesses. However, challenges such as inadequate training follow-up and lack of resources were identified as limiting factors to the full application of acquired skills. The study concludes that entrepreneurship training is a vital tool for improving the productivity and sustainability of small enterprises.
