The Impact of Entrepreneurship Training on the Performance of Small Enterprises: a Case Study of Miccom Golf, Ada

Abstract
This research examines the impact of entrepreneurship training on the performance of small enterprises, using Miccom Golf, Ada as a case study. The study aims to determine how entrepreneurship training influences productivity, profitability, innovation, and managerial competence among small business owners. A descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to selected staff and management of Miccom Golf, Ada. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship training and enterprise performance. The findings revealed that entrepreneurship training has a significant positive impact on the performance of small enterprises. It enhances managerial efficiency, improves decision-making, and increases the profitability and competitiveness of small businesses. However, challenges such as inadequate training follow-up and lack of resources were identified as limiting factors to the full application of acquired skills. The study concludes that entrepreneurship training is a vital tool for improving the productivity and sustainability of small enterprises.
