Social Media Application for Kaduna Polytechnic Staffs

Abstract
The advancement of information and communication technology has transformed the way individuals interact, share information, and collaborate. This project focuses on the design and development of a social media application for the staff of Kaduna Polytechnic. The proposed system aims to provide a secure and user-friendly digital platform where academic and non-academic staff can communicate, share resources, collaborate on projects, and stay informed about institutional updates. The platform will feature user authentication, profile management, group discussions, event notifications, and document sharing to enhance staff engagement and productivity. The system is developed using modern web and mobile technologies to ensure accessibility, scalability, and efficiency. By implementing this application, Kaduna Polytechnic can foster stronger internal communication, promote knowledge sharing, and build a more connected academic community.
