Assessing the Impact of Job Satisfaction on Workers Performance in Organization (a Case Study of First Bank of Nigeria Plc)

Abstract
ABSTRACT This research work is on the impact of job satisfaction on workers performance in government establishment using first bank of Nigeria as case study. The purpose of the research work is to examine the impact of job satisfaction of workers performance. The primary and secondary sources of data collection wore used for the gatherings of data. The primary source used was the questionnaire, and personal interview, while the secondary source involved the consultation of relevant magazine and Journals. Based on the analyzed data, the following findings were made; that there is a relationship between workers and management. Adequate incentives should be given to workers to motivate them to higher performance in the organization.
