Abstract
This project involves the design and fabrication of a forging (hammering) machine intended to simplify and improve the metal forging process. The machine is designed to deliver repeated impact force on heated metal, shaping it efficiently with less manual effort. It aims to increase productivity, reduce human fatigue, and ensure consistent forging quality. The design process includes material selection, component design, and performance testing to achieve optimal efficiency and durability. The fabricated machine provides a cost-effective solution for small and medium-scale metalworking industries.
