The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee's Performance in an Organisation

Abstract
This study examines the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance within an organization. It explores how factors such as motivation, recognition, salary, work environment, and management practices influence employees’ efficiency and productivity. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and performance outcomes. Findings reveal that employees who experience higher job satisfaction demonstrate greater commitment, creativity, and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. The study concludes that enhancing job satisfaction through supportive policies and conducive work conditions is essential for improved performance and sustainable organizational growth.
