The Effect of Labour Turnover on Organizational Performance (a Case Study of Union Bank Plc in Auchi Community)

Abstract
This project is titled the effect of labour turnover on organizational performance in Union Bank Plc. The major objective is to find out if labour turnover is beneficial to organization, as a result, relevant literatures as well on data were collected using questionnaire, the data analyzed and findings discover that turnover has negative implication on the individual affected. But does not hinder organization from firing unsuituble personnel, on the basis of this the following recommendation were made. Labour turnover should be used to regulates the impute of labour in the organization. Management should use labour turnover to improve the quality of it personnel so as to enhance organization efficiency.
