Abstract

This research focuses on the translation of a selected section from Al-Sunan al-Kubra by Imam Al-Bayhaqi, specifically Hadith numbers (2064) to (2149), into the Hausa language. The study aims to bridge the linguistic and cultural gap between Arabic and Hausa by providing a clear, accurate, and contextually appropriate translation of the selected Hadiths. Using both descriptive and analytical methods, the research examines the linguistic structure, meanings, and interpretations contained in the Hadiths, while also considering theological and moral implications relevant to Hausa-speaking Muslim communities. The work contributes to the field of Islamic translation studies by promoting the understanding of classical Arabic texts and enhancing accessibility to Hadith literature for Hausa readers.
