In the course of carrying out the study, the primary and secondary data sourcing methods were adopted. The primary has to do with structured and unstructured questionnaire, personal interviews and observations; while the secondary data were sourced from existing textbooks, journals, library materials, corporate magazines and internet materials. The population of the study is made up 75 staff drawn from the selected service firms in Bori under investigation out of which a sample size of 50 respondents were drawn. The frequency distribution tables and statistical tools such as chi-square were used for data analysis of the study. However, our findings revealed that collective bargaining, avoidance and compromise relates to organizational productivity to a great extent.
