Abstract
ABSTRACT This study examines life expectancy variations across different world regions from 2000 to 2019 using data from the World Health Organization (WHO). The data, drawn from diverse countries on every continent, is assessed for ANOVA assumptions. Given non-normality, the Kruskal-Wallis test identifies significant differences in mean life expectancy among regions. Pairwise comparisons highlight specific disparities, notably between Africa and North America, Africa and Europe, Asia and North America, Asia and Europe, and South America and Europe. These findings stress the importance of targeted interventions in regions with lower life expectancy, aiding informed global health policy decisions.
