Reward System and Its Impact on Employee Job Performance (a Case Study of Ministry of Work and Housing,asaba)

Abstract
A research into reward system and its impact on employee's job performance in ministry of work and housing,Asaba cannot be over emphasized. The purpose of the study is to identify and assess the reward system on job performance in work organization in carrying out the investigation, data were gathered through primary and secondary sources. As regards primary data, questionnaire and interviews were extensively made use of in terms of secondary data,textbooks,relevant journals,magazines,newspapers were viewed with basis on the various motivational problems and techmiques,the questionnaire were designed for some management staff of ministry so as to elicit the responses at the topic under research. More so,the researcher recommended employee should create an organizing structure that will enhance cordial relationship between management and subordinates.The data gathered were then analyzed using tabular and statistical data presentation, these were described using percentages.
