Assessment of Petrol Subsidy Removal on Fut Minna Campus Shuttle Operation

This study presents a nuanced examination of the repercussions of petroleum subsidy removal on the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUT Minna) shuttle operation, with a balanced focus on both students and shuttle operators. Leveraging data from primary and secondary sources, meticulously processed through the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26, the research delves into economic, operational, and social dimensions. In assessing the economic impact, the study scrutinizes the financial implications for students, considering changes in the cost structure of FUT Minna shuttle services. Simultaneously, it investigates the effects on shuttle operators, recognizing their role in the transport system and financial sustainability.
