This study discusses factors affecting the customer value, and the performance of the online-jewelry business model. This Project report explores the complexity of establishing and operating an online jewelry business, offering a comprehensive guide for success in the digital landscape. It begins by examining market analysis, emphasizing the importance of understanding consumer preferences, market trends, and competitors. The report then navigates through critical decisions such as platform selection, focusing on factors like scalability, customization, and integration capabilities. User experience design is thoroughly discussed, emphasizing the creation of user-friendly interfaces and engaging visuals to enhance customer satisfaction. Backend infrastructure management is covered in detail, addressing inventory management, order processing, and security measures to ensure smooth operations. Finally, strategic marketing strategies are explored, including search engine optimization and social media engagement. This seminar report provides practical insights and actionable strategies for students and aspiring entrepreneurs to thrive in the online jewelry commerce landscape.
