Abstract

ABSTRACT
This project focuses on the design and implementation of a robotic arm sorter capable of automatically sorting objects based on color. The robotic arm is constructed using an Arduino microcontroller and is equipped with sensors and actuators to detect and sort objects efficiently. The system addresses the inefficiencies of manual sorting processes, which are characterized by high labor costs, slow processing times, and significant error rates. By automating the color sorting process, the robotic arm enhances productivity, accuracy, and consistency in sorting tasks. This report presents a comprehensive overview of the project's background, objectives, significance, methodology, and results. The development process includes the design of the mechanical structure, integration of sensors, development of control algorithms, and extensive testing and evaluation. The findings demonstrate the potential of robotic automation to improve operational efficiency in industrial applications where color sorting is critical.
