Abstract
This study evaluates the antioxidant properties of mango seed and pumpkin seed extracts. The antioxidant activities of the extracts were investigated using various in vitro assays, including DPPH radical scavenging, FRAP, and total phenolic content. The results showed that both mango seed and pumpkin seed extracts possess significant antioxidant properties, with mango seed extract exhibiting higher antioxidant activity. The study suggests that these seed extracts could be potential sources of natural antioxidants for food and pharmaceutical applications.
