A proformer was used as instrument for data collection and the instrument for data collection was validated by experts and the researcher’s supervisor.
In analyzing the data obtained from field work, mean and standard deviation was used to answer research questions, while covariance (ANCOVA) statistics was used to test the hypotheses. Based on the findings it was revealed that both male and female Biology students’ performances was a little above average and good based on the pass mark set by institutions to which considers a student to have passed the course.
