Survey research design was used, which questionnaire and personal interview used as the means of gathering the primary data. The study testes its hypothesis using chi – square analysis. It is found that the calculated chi square (102.3) is greater than the value of the (X211.07). Based on the result, the decision rule stated that we accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the Null hypothesis.
