The study used 35 staff of the access bank PLC as a sample size of the study. The study population is still 35 staff because the population is too small that could be employed as the sample size. Survey research design was used, which questionnaire and personal interview used as the means of gathering the primary data. The study testes its hypothesis using chi – square analysis. It is found that the calculated chi square (102.3) is greater than the value of the (X211.07). Based on the result, the decision rule stated that we accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the Null hypothesis.
