Abstract
This research examines the effect of incentives management on employee commitment in Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. The study investigated how monetary and non-monetary incentives influence employees’ level of commitment, satisfaction, and overall performance.
The study adopted a descriptive survey design, using questionnaires to gather data from staff members of the university. The data collected were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, and regression analysis to determine the relationship between incentives management and employee commitment.
