Abstract
Here's a sample abstract:*Abstract*This study examines the relationship between retention, staff attitude towards retention, and organisational effectiveness in the Ministry of Information and Culture, Sokoto. The objective of the study is to determine the impact of retention strategies on staff attitude and organisational effectiveness.A survey research design was adopted, and data was collected through questionnaires administered to staff members of the Ministry. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between retention strategies, staff attitude, and organisational effectiveness. The study recommends that the Ministry should implement effective retention strategies, such as training and development, competitive compensation packages, and recognition programs, to enhance staff attitude and organisational effectiveness.*Keywords:* Retention, Staff Attitude, Organisational Effectiveness, Ministry of Information and Culture, Sokoto.
