Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Complementary Feeding Among Mothers in Esan Central

Abstract
Globally, inappropriate complementary feeding of children remains one of the major causes ofmalnutrition, morbidity and death in children. This study aimed to assess the knowledge,attitude, and practice of complementary feeding among mothers in Esan Central. Thedemographic characteristics of the respondents, including age, tribe, religion, and educationallevel, were examined. This study also investigated the sources of information oncomplementary feeding and assessed mothers' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regardingthe topic. A total of 200 mothers participated in the study.
