Abstract
This project seek to isolate, identify and determine the Antimicrobial Susceptibility test for Escherichia coli isolated from coleslaw. Thirty Samples were collected from two different locations in Ekiti which are Ikere and Ado Ekiti. MacConkey agar and Eosin Methyl Blue Agar were used for isolation. Standard morphology and biochemical test were used for identification the characterization of isolates and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test was used to determine the sensitivity of bacterial isolated. The result showed that 25 bacteria isolate suspected to be Escherichia coli were identified.
