Abstract
This study designs and develops a “Service Point Office Automation Software” (SPOAS) to automate the order management process in Service Point Offices (SPOs) of direct selling companies, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors. The project begins with an evaluation of the current manual system to understand existing processes and user needs. The software features a reliable system for tracking order details, ensuring accurate management of shipped orders ready for collection. A user-friendly interface is designed to facilitate ease of use. Additionally, the software incorporates a notification system to send automated bulk notifications, minimizing human error. An order retrieval algorithm is developed to improve service speed and enhance customer experience. Finally, a robust backup solution is implemented to ensure the safety and integrity of records. This comprehensive approach streamlines operations, reduces administrative workload, and improves overall efficiency in SPOs.
