Abstract
Work-life balance has become a major concern for organizations that aim to sustain high productivity while ensuring employee well-being. This study examines the relationship between work-life balance practices and employee productivity in Nigerian Breweries Company, Kaduna. The research assesses how work schedules, workload, leave policies, and organizational support influence employees’ physical and mental health, job satisfaction, and overall output. Data will be obtained through questionnaires and interviews administered to staff within the organization. The findings are expected to reveal that employees who enjoy a healthy work-life balance demonstrate increased motivation, reduced stress levels, and improved job performance. The study suggests that organizations should adopt supportive policies that encourage flexibility, welfare programs, and a healthy work environment to enhance productivity and employee commitment.
