Effect of Advertisement on Organizational Productivity in Production Company in Ekiti State

Abstract
*Abstract* This study examines the effect of advertisement on organizational productivity in selected production companies in Ekiti State. The aim is to evaluate how various forms of advertising influence employee performance, customer engagement, and overall business output. A descriptive survey design was adopted, and data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to staff in different production firms. The findings reveal that strategic and consistent advertising significantly boosts product visibility, increases customer patronage, and enhances employee motivation, leading to improved productivity. The study concludes that advertising is a key driver of organizational success and recommends that production companies invest in effective advertising strategies to remain competitive and productive in today’s market.
