Abstract

The Online Student Clearance System for Federal Polytechnic Mubi is designed to automate and simplify the student clearance process, which traditionally involves manual verification and documentation. The system provides a centralized digital platform where students can initiate and complete their clearance online, while departmental and administrative officers can review and approve requests electronically. This reduces delays, eliminates paperwork, minimizes human errors, and enhances transparency and accountability. The system was developed using web-based technologies, incorporating features for secure authentication, real-time status tracking, and database management. By integrating the clearance workflow into a single automated system, the platform improves institutional efficiency, ensures faster clearance approval, and provides a reliable record-keeping mechanism for both students and management.
