Corporate Planning as a Tool for Effective Management in Business Organization

Abstract
This project is based on the Corporate Planning as a tool for effective management in business organisation. The researcher used Nigeria Bottling Company, Ibadan as a case study. This project examines the importance of promotional activities on sales turnover and looked at various supporting activities that could be done by firms such as publicity and public relation. The researcher contacted many advisors relevant text books and marketing journals. The researcher also made smart use of questionnaire and interviews. The hypotheses formulated were tested and findings proved that effective use of promotional tools was a subtract factor in boosting the sales volume of a manufacturing business. Findings also indicated that there is significant relationship between promotional tools and corporate profitability.
