This study delves into the exploration of effective strategies for improving the teaching and learning of Geography in senior secondary schools, focusing on selected institutions in Ondo West Local Government Area, Ondo State. Employing a qualitative case study approach the research investigates the current pedagogical methods and examines innovative practices employed by educators to enhance the understanding and engagement of Geography among students. Through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and student feedback the study aims to identify successful teaching strategies and recommend actionable measures to elevate the overall quality of Geography education in the specified schools. The findings from this research contribute valuable insights to educational practitioners, policymakers, and curriculum developers, offering practical recommendations to strengthen Geography instruction and foster a more dynamic and effective learning environment in senior secondary schools
