The Impact of Trust and Commitment on Customers’ Loyalty (a Study of Jaiz Bank)

Abstract
The purpose of this research work is to investigate the impact of trust and commitment on customers loyalty a study of Jaiz bank customers’ it investigates the roles of trust and commitment as key determinant of customers loyalty. Through a survey of 52 respondents the study employs a quantitative approach using the Chi-square test for data analysis. The findings reveal that trust and commitment significantly influence customer loyalty. These result underscore the importance of enhance commitment and building trust to foster long term customer relationship thereby contributing to the competitive advantage and sustainability of banking institution in Nigeria.
